It is the 350th year of Shri Shivaji Maharaja’s Rajyabhishek. This historical event was celebrated with great zeal at Raigad on 6th June 1674. These golden moments of the installation of the Hindavi Swaraj are enshrined in Bharat’s history. To mark this 350th year of Rajyabhishek, we have organized “Shivotsav”, the mega competition which aims for mass Participation.

          The Participants are encouraged to explore various aspects of Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaja’s life, such as his military genius, administrative reforms, diplomatic prowess, cultural contributions, etc., by delving deep into the pages of history and bring out how Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaja transformed a tiny principality into a formidable empire, all while upholding the values of bravery, justice, and good governance.

          In your Reels, you can reflect on Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaja’s enduring impact on the socio-political landscape of Bharat, his commitment to religious tolerance, and his vision for a just and prosperous kingdom. Rules and Regulations

  1. Only poems related to Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaja will be accepted.
  2. The poem should be self-composed.  
  3. The poem should be in one of Marathi, Hindi or English.
  4. The Poem must be sent in handwritten and typed (pdf) formats.
  5. Each participant can submit at least one and a maximum of any number of poems. But In case of more than one poem or song, the participants must register for each poem or song separately.
  6. The Last date for submission of poems or songs is 31st March 2024. The poem or song should be uploaded by this date on the website of the Organization. A poem or song submitted later than this date won’t be accepted.
  7. The participation fee should be deposited online. The said fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. If more than one poem or song is to be submitted, a fee shall be paid for each additional poem or song.
  8. Preliminary selection will be made from the entries received based on the criteria of thought in the poem or Song, justice to the subject, arrangement, structure of sentences, structure of language, and limit of words, etc.
  9. Qualified entries in the preliminary round are available for voting at website www.rfbharat.com
  10. The Poem or Song will be judged based on online voting and scores of distinguished judges.
  11. The examiners’ decision shall be final and binding on every participant, and no correspondence or discussion in this regard shall be entertained.
  12. The poem or song submitted for this competition may be included in printed, digital or similar media published by the organisation; the participant will not have any objection.
  13. The Certificate of Participation will be emailed to everyone participating in the competition.
  14. The participants will be fully responsible for all the content of the submitted poetry and any objections raised in this regard. The organising body shall not be liable for any objection arising from direct or indirect content published therein.
  15. For groups 1 and 2, attach proof indicating the school and the standard\ class in which she\ he is studying.
  16. The entry fee will not be refunded to the contestant participating in the competition under any circumstances.
  17. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and date of the competition in whole or in part.
  18. Submission of the schedule will imply acceptance of all the rules and regulations stated above.
